What Wii motion plus offers is a more 1 to 1 control over what you are doing with the Wiimote, what this means is all the games that have had huge draw backs to the fact the controller has issues being picked up by its very own sensor sometimes, this improves that connection capability. This little gizmo fits on the end of your index finger and can measure certain stats about your body's state.
