Overlord footage features minions, bosses, pumpkin armor
(via Nintendo Wii Fanboy) - Filed under: Video The first video of Overlord: Dark Legend might be off-screen and a bit blurry, but we don't require high-resolution, direct-feed footage to tell us that the game will keep all the charm and personality of the original Xbox 360 title.Producer Dean Scott can be heard commentating throughout both this and the video after the jump, enthusing about how nicely the Wii's controls suit Overlord, and discussing how Climax want to avoid fashioning a Morrowind-esque grey and brown fantasy world.

GC 2008: The mystery of the Force Unleashed
(via Nintendo Wii Fanboy) - Filed under: Video There are few things more fun than watching people try to figure out how to handle a new Wii game. With traditional controllers, unless you were staring directly at peoples' hands, it was hard to see their bibbles and bobbles as they worked out how to make things go, but with the Wii, you can see all the flails and foibles in full and fantastic motion.

Wii Warm Up: The House of the Dead: Overseas
(via Nintendo Wii Fanboy) - Filed under: Wii Warm Up The House of the Dead series is permeated by an impossible-to-identify "Seganess." Some combination of arcade-fast gameplay, silliness, and Engrish just makes it feel like a Sega game. For the latest entry in the franchise, Headstrong Games has taken over for Sega's Wow Entertainment (now Wow Overworks), exchanging the campy horror vibe for something a bit more '70s-action.
