E308: The Conduit is ready for a show
(via Nintendo Wii Fanboy) - Filed under: News, Video We sort of thought this would be the case, but confirmation always helps one sleep better at night. Especially when The Conduit is involved. In an interview with IGN, Eric Nosfinger of High Voltage stated outright that The Conduit will definitely be at E3 -- in an exclusive capacity.

Virtually Overlooked: Mega Man & Bass
(via Nintendo Wii Fanboy) - Filed under: Virtually OverlookedToday's choice for Virtually Overlooked seems fairly obvious. Now that Capcom has made WiiWare worth talking about, the gaping absence of any sort of Mega Man game on the Virtual Console is even more noticeable. Europe already has Mega Man and Mega Man 2, and they'll be released in Japan starting this month.

Phazon Suit Samus statue is ridiculously nice
(via Nintendo Wii Fanboy) - Filed under: Fan stuff First 4 Figures has come back around full circle, after completing Sheik and Sonic and his pals, now they've got yet another Samus statue. This one, in our opinion, totally trumps all of their past efforts. Just look at the thing.Of course, the catch is that this costs a bunch of money.

Wiimote inspired motion controls hit PCs in August
(via Nintendo Wii Fanboy) - Filed under: News, Peripherals Microsoft and Sony might -- might being the keyword -- have Wiimote-esque plans in the works, but there's another platform that we failed to consider tapping into the motion control scheme: PCs. GoLive2 has created a controller that looks eerily similar to Nintendo's, called Stix.

Fatal Frame IV is scarily pretty
(via Nintendo Wii Fanboy) - Filed under: News, Screens After reaching for the lightswitch and squinting over Fatal Frame IV media, Nintendo has updated the official website by adding new screens and character profiles. It seems Fatal Frame just isn't scary unless it stars tiny, innocent-looking girls, and this latest installment has three of them.

Multi-platform handheld is an impressive mod
(via Nintendo Wii Fanboy) - Filed under: Mods We've got to tip our hats to Bacteria for this one. A portable (although, you can easily argue just how portable the thing is) multi-platform handheld mod? Ambitious task, which hasn't been fully realized, yet enough progress has been made for us to realize that we have neither the technical know-how or guts to even attempt a project such as this.

Blazepro Classic Controller: Dude, get your own design
(via Nintendo Wii Fanboy) - Filed under: Peripherals The Blazepro Classic Controller claims to be the first third-party Classic Controller, which isn't exactly true -- the Hori Fighting Stick works as a Classic, and plugs into the Wiimote in the same way. But as far as we know, it's the first traditional-style third-party Classic Controller.

Battle college football mascots in EA's All-Play
(via Nintendo Wii Fanboy) - Filed under: Video If you enjoy football games but aren't into the NCAA, it looks like NCAA Football 09 might still have something entertaining to offer. Granted, it's the silliest of features -- and rather pointless, in the grand scheme of things -- but we'll be the first to say that watching teams of mascots throwing the old pigskin made us smile.
